I have added Video and music codes, for users that would like to stream media from myfilehut, for their myspace, friendster, and profile sites.

After you upload the file you will see options "music codes" and "video codes" or you can generate them from your "my files" page, by selecting the file, then click the DROP down box and click Generate URL and [img] codes

Dear members,

I would like to take some time to reiterate on some of the current updates, and future updates we plan on making here.  Along with our future goals on this website, I would also like to explain what exactly our service provides, and how it can help you.

Updates

-The Upload for, images (photos/pictures), files, video, music (mp3/wma), and HTML:

We have made a slight change with our upload form as many members I am sure have noticed, there are no longer additional upload forms/boxes to upload multiple files at the same time.  You can still do multiple uploads; we have just changed the upload form. The first thing you need to do is click the “Browse” button, then select your first file, and click open.  Now, all this has done is added that file to a list which is shown under the “browse” button, for files that are going to be uploaded during this session.  To add more files to this list, simply click “browse” again, and select the next file you wish to add to the upload session list.  I have put together a small guide for members who are still struggling with this which can be found here Getting Started

-MY Files, the page that controls your files

Next we move onto the “My Files” section, which was also updated.  Many of you emailed me regarding “how do I get my links/codes?”  So I noticed it was a little difficult to find the linking codes for your files, so I added a small BOX under each file with a direct link for your file, in order to see this BOX with your file link/code click the to the right side of your file, and your Direct link/code will appear.  To obtain you’re other codes for eBay pages and forums.  Simply click beside the file you need codes for, then right above your file list you will see a box that says “Selected File Actions…”, click that and move your mouse to and click “Generate URL and [img] tags”
